We went to 1000 Acres a couple of days ago. It’s a whole other world in the summer (that means mud-puddling is out, in case you’re wondering). The rivers are so low I can’t even go swimming. But there’s always the meadows, and there’s lots of them out there. My favorite thing to do is go bouncing over the tall grasses.
Mom calls it Springboking…I told her she was silly.
I just think I see better from a higher vantage point and there’s a lot to see. Field mice. Lost balls. All the good things in life.
Hey Sage! You are one springy gal! Lookin good leaping over that tall grass. Hope those aren’t foxtails tho. Paw pats, Savannah
Oh Sage, I wish we lived next door to you. We would love to go play with you out in the fields!!
Sage is one amazing dog!
Mom knows how to get some pawesome action shots, Sage. Look at you bounce!!!
Woos – Phantom, Thunder, Ciara, and Lightning
That looks like so much fun! I love running in long grass:-)
Sage you look like you are having a grand time!
You sure can jump Sage!! Looks like fun!!
What! No mud puddles! What is the world coming to? x
Now, that looks like fun!
You are a terrific bouncer Sage!
I love the pictures. The meadow looks awesome!
I just love watching dogs bounce through long grass like that. Litchi always does and I call it Pronking, which is exactly what Springboks do – amazing you came up with the same explanation!
