This beach always has sand dollar shells on it–most are broken and we’ve never seen a live one (they’re a different color and are ‘furry’. Mom wouldn’t let me even sniff one like that!).
We were at Seaside (northern Oregon coast). It’s a really wide beach and the sand is usually very walkable. Oh, and often lots of sand dollar pieces–sometimes there’s that perfect one.
Are you able to catch the sand dollar on the fly? Hope you are only using ones that are broken. It is so hard to find a nice, intact one. Enjoy your new game. Purrs and hugs, Lily Olivia, Mauricio, Misty May, Giulietta, Fiona, Astrid, Lisbeth and Calista Jo
Um, Sage…I am thinking that sand dollars do not make for good frisbees. BOL Looks like you were having fun though and that is all that matters!
